Mechanical Shredding

Cryogenic Grinding
The rubber chips are frozen using liquid nitrogen, making them brittle and easy to grind into ultra-fine powder without degrading quality. -
Devulcanization
Through chemical or thermal processes, the rubber’s cross-linked structure is broken down, allowing it to be reused in new rubber-based products.
